Leeds Property Marketing

Built inside the commercial property industry

Before setting up Leeds Property Marketing, I worked at Canning O'Neill, a commercial property agency in Manchester. In 2025 alone, I contributed to the marketing behind the sales and lettings of more than 800,000 sq ft of commercial space across the North West.

That experience shaped how this business works. I marketed individual properties as well as the agency itself. I saw what landlords expect, how agents win instructions, and what actually makes a tenant pick up the phone. I also saw how often good buildings were let down by poor presentation: dark photos, no context, listings that undersold the asset.

Presentation moves the market

Residential property has treated professional marketing as standard for years. Commercial has lagged behind, and that is an opportunity. A well-presented listing attracts stronger enquiries, supports the asking terms, and reflects well on the agent and landlord behind it.

That is the gap Leeds Property Marketing was built to close.

Everything in-house, from shoot to delivery

Photography, videography, drone, and 3D virtual tours are all produced in-house, so every shoot is consistent from start to finish. Because I've sat on the agency side, I know what the marketing needs to achieve before we arrive on site: who the likely occupier is, what they want to see, and which questions the content needs to answer.

We turn work around quickly, communicate clearly, and won't settle for anything less than the best result for your property.
